FREE SHIPPING for orders above NZ$220.00. Excludes Furniture. 

Postage is calculated based on the largest item. All items are carefully packaged and are shipped in mint condition.

Botter.co.nz holds limited stock in its warehouse and many items are ordered as needed. All products are subject to availability. Often products are discontinued or out of stock from suppliers without prior notice. We aim to fulfill orders within 10 days from receipt of payment. Delivery for products on backorder is 2-4 weeks, subject to product availability. We do our best to ensure that our website is up to date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Botter.co.nz can ship items worldwide.  International shipping fee can be determined prior to placing the order or prior to us processing the order.  Either email us first for a shipping fee calculation or, alternatively, we will advise you of the shipping fee to be paid separately before processing your order.

SUPPLIERS

Although the majority of our products are sourced from New Zealand suppliers, some items are shipped from overseas suppliers and this is indicated in the product description. Products that are shipped from overseas suppliers may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on value and quantity ordered. Occasionally items may ship from different warehouses and you may receive your order in two shipments. You only pay shipping once.

RETURNS

Botter.co.nz will gladly replace all damaged, faulty or incorrect items that is returned together with its original packaging. Please notify us within 3 days after you have received your order. Should a replacement item not be available, a full refund will be given. 

Change of mind returns can be processed as long as the item is unopened, in mint condition and returned within 7 days. The shipping for return will be at the cost of the buyer, as well as other fees/costs that may have been incurred as part of the sale. Once we have received the item it will be assessed before you will receive credit for another purchase at Botter.co.nz. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind items.
