Description
Firm, green olives are cured in barrels of salt brine for several months. Herbes de Provence are added to the brine to enhance flavor. The olives are finished with a dash of sunflower oil. Delicious with drinks, as a garnish for salads, and in all recipes calling for olives.
Ingredients : pitted green olives, brine (water, salt, acidifier: citric acid), sunflower oil, Herbs of Provence.
