These grapes are picked early to get the full cherry quality of the Pinot Noir grape. A decadent condiment to add to cheese and cold meat platters. A perfect topping for crepes, croissants, pancakes, scones and waffles.

Beautiful when used to de-glaze a pan to create a delicious sauce. Simply add 2 tbsp to pan juices and pour over vegetables, fish or chicken.
