Chef Grade, heavy duty elastic bands. Can be used in conventional, rotisserie or convection ovens, microwaves, pots, grills and stove tops. Commercial strength elasticity makes them easy to apply while providing a tight truss during the cooking process. Heat safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
