Bergamot is rich in beneficial plant compounds otherwise known as polyphenols. These beneficial polyphenols include the flavonoids neoeriocitrin, neohesperidin, and naringin.
Our Organic Citrus Bergamot Earl Grey uses 30% WHOLE CITRUS BERGAMOT, rather than flavouring which has a more noticeable positive effect on wellbeing. The aroma and flavour is also more pronounced and refreshing in real Bergamot pieces.

Brewing Instructions: 95°C | 1 tsp per 250mls. Infuse 5-10 minutes | Enjoy 1 – 2 refills. Brew with Green tea, a cinnamon stick and a spoonful of coconut or MCT oil to make “Autophatea”. Makes a great iced tea and can be used to make a refreshing Kombucha.
