Easy Scone recipe

2 cups cake flour
1ml Salt
15ml Organic Raw Cane Sugar
20ml Baking powder
1 egg
250ml cream
1 Egg Yolk

Scones with Pinot Noir Wine Jelly

Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Blend dry ingredient’s well
Blend egg and cream
Mix wet and dry ingredients lightly
Lightly roll dough out to a thickness of about 2.5 cm
Use cookie cutter or cut into squares
Bake for 10-12 minutes – fan forced
