Dexam is teaming up with Jeremy Pang at the celebrated School of Wok in Covent Garden to bring to the market a range of woks and accessories to enable enthusiasts to practise the art of Chinese cooking with excellence from the start.
This wok comes with a bamboo screw in handle and the School of Wok logo burnt into the handle. The thickness of the gauge is 1.2mm. Size:12/30cm.
Flat Bottom Design, so can be used on normal element or induction as well as gas.
